They say a good tool is like an extension of the hand. As aerobatics enthusiasts know - the level of accuracy and detail required for formation flying is extreme. At the same time, unlike flying a "real" jet, the differences between our hardwares from one pilot to the next can be vast.
It is therefore necessary our pilots have a consistent, highly accurate, yet modifiable platform, not only for pilot parity, but more uniform accuracy across the formation.
