Virtual Snowbird #1, the Boss, is Matthew Webber, callsign “Crank”, from Nova Scotia Canada. Matthew was Virtual Snowbird 6 in 2011,  and is an active member of the Canadian Forces. On his free time Matthew enjoys playing hockey and spending time with is wife, daughter and newborn son.
